My friends, Bobby and Jill (the Cricut Couple), sent me the prettiest laces some time ago and I was dying to use some of them so between breaks trying to figure out the cut file I've been working on, I made this card using the pink and lite green laces:
I didn't add a sentiment yet because I have no idea what occassion I'll be using this card for, but it's always nice just to have one on-hand. This was a fun card to do and, surprisingly for me, it came together really quick. When the time comes to use it, I'll stamp it, make a matching envelope and it'll be ready to go!!! Even for me I think it turned out pretty.
I didn't want to take away from the outside of the card and I'm not an experienced cardmaker to know what's too much or not, so I kept it simple and just used a paper to pick up the green on the outside of the card:
I just get so excited whenever I make a card that I actually like!!! I hope you do too! And, Bobby, I hope you approve that I put this lace to good use! LOL!
Oh well, I'm off again! I'll be back later for a bit of visiting!
Oh, if you haven't already, remember to get your comments in on my previous post for the diamond mesh RAK!!!
Hugs, and...
I'll be seeing you!

You should pat yourself on the back for this beautiful card Audrey! You always leave such nice comments on my blog. I am thinking of opening an etsy shop. I just lost my job after 35 yrs working as a dental hygienist with my brother who was forced to retire for medical reasons. I think my dream may come true by using my time to constantly create!!!! Wish me luck!
It's gorgeous!!!! Love it, lovely work. Happy Wednesday!
