WELCOME!

WELCOME!

Hello everyone! I am thrilled to have you visit with me and I hope you enjoy your stay. I absolutely love company, sharing, and making new friends so I hope you find something here that inspires, motivates, or just pleases you in some way.

Of course, I love to visit and be inspired also. So if I don't already drop in on you, please let me know where I can find you and I'll hop on over to see what you're doing or to just say "hi".

Before you go, I would love it if you'd please leave me a comment letting me know you dropped in! Actually, I'd just love to hear from you -- comments, opinions, or questions you'd like me to answer.

In the meantime, relax and make yourselves at home... you're family here!!!

I'll be seeing you!

CORRECTION: MOVING AS FAST AS I CAN!!! LOL!

Happy Thursday, everyone!  As I always say... "hope all's well"!!!

Because you are my family, I have made it an obligation to check in and personally keep in contact with you as much as and as often as I possibly can.  I enjoy your visits and comments, and I don't take advantage of your taking time out to do that for me.  Therefore, although I enjoy it anyway, it's only the right thing to do and  give back the love.   I hate getting backed up on my visits to you because it becomes almost impossible to get back on track.  And, even if I can't get to you every day, I don't make it a habit to just put it aside.  Well, as I'm sincere in my determination, yesterday between household chores I made the decision to spend all day catching up on my visiting instead of doing any crafting.  I thoroughly enjoyed dropping in on you to be inspired and awed by your wonderful projects, or to just say hello.  However, I still did not get around to everyone I'd hoped to, although my last visit was at about 2:30 this morning.  (Yes, this morning I was exhausted but it felt good to, if you know what I mean)

To those of you I didn't get an opportunity to visit, I have not forgotten, passed over, and/or ignored you!  I am, again  today, starting my day heading out to check in with you too.  If there is anyone that I don't reach, please know it's because I couldn't.  Also, please know that I follow almost 500 blogs and eventhough many of them don't follow me, I still share my love and visit with them as well, so it may take me some time (particularly as it seemssince my internet as been back up and running either my computer is slower or Google is slower; it's taking a rather long time for your blogs to open).

CORRECTION/CLARIFICATION:  When I say 500 blogs I follow, I do not mean I've become a member!!!  GOD, I'd never get to craft!!!  What I mean is, as many as 200+ blogs that  I admire, I frequently visit with and leave comments.  Additionally, I have others who either follow/visit me that I share emails with who have no blogs!  Phew!  Thought I'd clarify that -- if only for my own sake!  LOL!

I do have a couple of projects I haven't completed and I hope to get to them, hopefully sometime today; however, I will be visiting with my family and friends until I feel I've touched the majority of you.  Therefore, I don't know if I'll post a project today or not, it will depend on how long it takes to make "my rounds"!!!  LOL!  I'm just itching to get back to my crafting but THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME -- YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO ME!  Just so you know!

I'll be seeing you!

I get behind on the blogs I follow too. I think most people do from time to time, and folks understand.

Hey Audrey, I know how you feel. There just isn't enough time in the day to get everything done. I appreciate the sweet comments you left me. I will tell Jack how much you would like to cuddle him. He will love it. He is a big time cuddle bug.

I thought that I would mention to you that I will be in Chicago this summer for a week and maybe more. I will be there for the NEA convention. Maybe we could meet. Just thought I would drop that info out there.

You are just to dear Audrey. I wish some of your kindness would wear off on me.
I understand about trying to stay updated.
I feel I spend so much time trying to be good about commenting. But there are only so many hours in a day.
I believe people follow you because you are a wonderful person, talented, and a pleasure to know.
Don't ever worry about getting to my blog...I would still follow you no matter what.
I so treasure your friendship sweetie.

Hey sweetie,
Everyone knows that life gets in the way. There are only so many hours in the day (although I could use a few more)
All of us understand, and I don't think we are going anywhere. (at least I'm not)
I don't follow you because I want to comment on my blog. I follow you because I enjoy very much what you share and create. I think you and I were close to being each other's followers, so I feel we have a history and you are definaltly family in my book
I love ya sweetie
Hugs
Stacy

Audrey, you are so sweet. I feel the same way about trying to get to all of the blogs I follow. Whenever I am out of town or offline for a few days, it seems like it takes forever to get caught up!! Can't wait to see the projects you have been working on.

God love ya! I was in the same boat as you not so long ago, and made some decisions. I decided that first, I was only going to post once a week (people seem to love that because they only need to "see" me once a week. Secondly, I decided that I would use each week's comments as my list of blogs to visit for that week. I figure if they took the time to comment on mine, I certainly wanted to return the pleasure. So, if I had 50 comments on my post it was 50 blogs I went to visit. I also decided that I would only go back 3 posts on every blog I visit. I figure that I only post once a week, so going back 3 posts on theirs was more than gracious! LOL If, after my browsing list is complete, I have time and want to visit others, I do so. And I try to go to blogs I've not visited before. So, that is my method, and it is very manageable. I love seeing everyone's work, but I just had to find a way to make the time and this works perfectly. I get to see everyone who took the time to leave me a comment, and it leaves me ample time to browse and create for the week. Hope this helps! Best, Curt

Audrey, I checked the dates of the NEA convention. It is June 30-July5. I may be arriving a couple of days early for pre-convention meetings. I'll let you know. I look forward to getting together. It will be fun.

I will not be at CHA but wish I could be there.

I'm just getting to know you, Audrey, although I've seen your smiling face and wonderful comments many times on Rhonda's blog (Scrap Happens). If you are ever feeling bogged down, please feel free to bypass my blog. Although I love visitors and am delighted by comments left, I have been in "that place" many times when other parts of life are more demanding than usual and I get behind in my commenting.
