WELCOME!

WELCOME!

Hello everyone! I am thrilled to have you visit with me and I hope you enjoy your stay. I absolutely love company, sharing, and making new friends so I hope you find something here that inspires, motivates, or just pleases you in some way.

Of course, I love to visit and be inspired also. So if I don't already drop in on you, please let me know where I can find you and I'll hop on over to see what you're doing or to just say "hi".

Before you go, I would love it if you'd please leave me a comment letting me know you dropped in! Actually, I'd just love to hear from you -- comments, opinions, or questions you'd like me to answer.

In the meantime, relax and make yourselves at home... you're family here!!!

I'll be seeing you!

JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING TO SHARE

Hello, everyone and sorry I haven't been around these last couple of days.  However, between home and family errands, and finally doing some remodeling at my little place here, my hands have been full.

I'd like to thank all of you who came to my rescue with suggestions and/or offers helping me to get the "new" look around this place.  I definitely needed and appreciated the help -- and the motivation!  I do hope you like the changes I've made so far, and I'm trying for a few more.  Of course I still have some updating to do but, at least, I'm now over one major hurdle!  LOL!

Over the last few days, unfortunately, I haven't had much time for crafting; however, I do have a small project I'd love to share with you.  This is a card I found on the web and after seeing it I got sort of interested in remembering how it folded.  It was a while ago and when I saw it, I swore I'd remember, so I moved on.  If my memory is correct, I'm pretty darn close to the "real" thing.  One of these days...!

I used the medallion stamp I got from the CHA to make the embellishment for this card and I apologize for the card being unfinished as I don't know yet who the card will be for to complete the label on the bottom front, nor have I gotten the folding down quite "pat" as it's a little "off":

I think, because of the way it opens, it'll make a great house-warming card!

If anyone knows where I might have picked up this card on the web, I'd appreciate you letting me know as I'm still "tickering" around with it and would love the actual directions.  If not, I'll either do a cut.file or tutorial using the folding technique I've used on this one.

As I have some other agenda items to get to this evening, I probably won't be visiting with any of you until tomorrow when I get home from church but I will get to you as always.  In the meantime, I have missed you and I'll be back!!!

Hugs!

Hello dear Audrey. I love the clean and fresh look of your new blog design. I will be doing the same soon too. I have been procrastinating it for a while now, lol.

Love the medallion too and I have never seen that card before or the fold for that matter.

I am busy too: marching band and football games and volunteering are taking most of my time. I do understand.

Love the new pic of Buster. Too cute of a furbaby.

Hugs to you dear!

Audrey, that medallion stamp is brilliant in its design and I love how you've got it displayed atop this house card - what a fabulous design! I love the embossing - it's certainly great on a stamp like this, isn't it? This is sensational!
