I spent some time blog-hopping and quietly visiting this weekend, and I love all the wonderful projects you've done. I might not have commented on every project, but I did get an opportunity to browse and look over some projects I'd previously missed. So, in case you thought I wasn't around, I was lurking mainly in the background.
This card I'm featuring today is one that I haven't done in quite some time. I think they're beautiful cards and I absolutely love making them. I love the look in the eyes of people when they receive them because a look can often times say more than words:
However, I did this card more for myself because I've felt a bit out-of-sort and kind of melancholy this weekend; things just haven't gotten as back to normal as I'd like for them too -- little tiny things. Although nothing I can actually pin-point, or enough to complain about or interfere with anything, I can feel them and can't shake the irritating feeling. Well, I won't bore you further with that because like I said it just a "bit" out-of-sort feeling and, otherwise, there's nothing whatsoever wrong in my life at the moment. Maybe I'm just having a senior moment.
I hope you like my card, and if you're feeling a little "odd" these days than maybe (I hope) my card can help boost you too!
I'll be seeing you!
Hugs!

Very inspiring card. Let the peace of God reign in your soul, body and spirit my sweet friend. Keep your eyes on Him no matter what! You said it right... all things are possible with Him. Happy Monday!
Audrey, this is a beautiful card - I love the black and white; it's so pristine and elegant. I bet when people receive these from you, their eyes bug out with amazement and thrilled they are the recipient of such a grand gift. Your blog is filled with wonderful crafts! You're quite talented! I understand the melancholy moments and I wish I had fewer senior moments, myself. :-) Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such kindness - you're one of the wonderful people that make blog land a better place! :)
What a beautiful card Audrey. I brought something like that awhile back, (I think I saw Deborah make something similar and of course I had to run out and buy it and have never used it - I don't think what I got has the extra little book) Makes me want to try to use what I have (if I could find it lol) I wish I was your next door neighbor, you are so creative ... I am sad that you are feeling a bit-out-of-sorts... :-(
I have thought of keeping the cake machine, but I am really not a baker... I was thinking $175 (I have linked the cart. that came with it to my gypsy)..
Thank you for praying for me and Aunt Eloise, I know that God is in control.. I just feel so bad for her. I am so blessed to have you for a friend. hugs
wow this is lovely.
Audrey - honestly at first -I thought you made a cake.
TFS and hope you get out of your "mood" or state of mind.
hugs - take care
Sheryl
Oh my it's so beautiful Audrey. I hope you get back whatever it is you're missing (or at least figure out why you're feeling like something is off)
Hugs
Oh my friend I am sad to know you are troubled...I am here if you need a good listener or maybe someone to chat you up? I sometimes find myself in those funks and always try to connect with others especially those I admire or want to be more like. I get in a crafting funk and the I wish I could moods many many times and am thankful I have so many wonderful friends to help me past those times.
Keeping you in my thoughts sweetie!

oh my gosh!!! that card is stunning and i always click to see it close up, where the detail is overwhelming! when i add bling, it is a glittered brad or a glittered bug but your's just blow me away. you may be in a funk right now but may the kind words of your blog friends, start to lift you up!!! i know you do that for me! honestly i have been depressed as last august my dad passed away while i was visiting him (i did cpr to no avail) but your visits to my blog when i hadn't even posted encourage me to reach outside myself and explore the techniques i had been waiting to try. you and flowerdisco do that for me, thank you for your kindness, your generous heart and sharing your amazing creations. thank the lord for your blessings and believe!
