I had stated on the original post I'd do Random.org at 5 p.m. and announce the winner at 8 p.m.; however, I'm not going to have you wait that long! Hopefully, this post will alert and give everyone time to be back here at 6 p.m. for the annoucement of the winner.
Before I shoot off to Random.org., I want to let you know the last item I'm adding to the candy package. I am including a bottle of the Viva Decor Glass Effects Gel -- thought this would be something nice you'd like to play with.
