Below is the list of followers that participated in this poll (I isolated the followers that did not vote, and included only those that did in this list). This list reflects the vote-number you chose and your assigned "win" number. (Please click on it to enlarge the list, if necessary). At this time all vote-post comments have been published, and the poll is officially closed. As you can see and compare, there were no duplicate votes and/or tie breakers; therefore, Random.Org will select the "win" number and I will post it before 3 p.m. as noted on an earlier post.
Unfortunately so many chose not to participate for what I'm sure is a good reason. The upside, however, is that I did get many wonderful and kind comments that I do appreciate and wouldn't trade in for anything; and, 27 votes does scale and narrow down the participants -- making your chances even better!
